Very accommodating and pleasant staff throughout . Entertainment aimed more at older end but ok if you just want to chill and have a night cap. Room clean and has all amenities required eg kettle, safe, tv, toiletries. Food good and well presented but a bit ‘samey’ although something to eat every meal time of decent quality and presentation. Pool are excellent, artificial grass surrounding the area which was nice and comfy to walk on! Pool area blocked off until 10am so no sunbed blocking! Location excellent just outside old town area with lovely beach, my first time in Benidorm and pleasantly surprised by the vibe of the area, not the stereotypical activities in this part of Benidorm.

Having stayed at the hotel before, knew what to expect. The hotel is welcoming and all staff are very friendly and helpful. A special mention to our maid who cleaned our room 308, Andrea Vazquee, who always had a smile and very helpful, credit to the hotel. Rooms were comfortable, good choices of food. We will be back for Christmas and New year.

A very nice hotel, well situated in the old town, close to the beach. All staff were very friendly & helpful. Every part of the hotel was very clean & well looked after. Really good housekeeping too. The breakfasts were very nice, plenty of choice. So were the lunches & dinner. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Great hotel and location with parking - good value - clean and excellent staff. Restaurant superb - breakfast to die for, Great outside bar area overlooking beach. Lovely room clean and light with balcony, All in all 11/10.

Just took my elderly Aunt and sister in law for a weeks break. My 2nd visit to this hotel. Location Fab, Soo clean, Great food, very friendly and accommodating staff can't fault it. Definitely recommend a Sea view room. The Three of us stayed in one room extremely comfortable not on top of each other. Will be returning again
