Rooms are available from 4:00 pm. If you expect to arrive after 6:00 pm, it is best to inform the hotel in advance so reception is aware of your arrival.

What facilities are included in the wellness area at RH Corona del Mar?
The hotel has a wellness area designed for relaxation, with a free heated indoor pool, free indoor jacuzzi, free sauna, massage room, and an outdoor jacuzzi in summer next to the pool. It also offers a gym with stationary bikes, elliptical machine, treadmill, functional multipower equipment for upper body training and a leg machine.

What should I know before using the spa or gym?
The minimum age to access the wellness area is 18 years old, and in the spa it is compulsory to use a swim cap and towel. If you do not have them, you can get them at the hotel: swim cap for €2 and towel with a €10 deposit. The gym is open from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

What are the restaurant opening hours?
The usual restaurant hours are breakfast from 8:00 am to 10:30 am, lunch from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, and dinner from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm. As these may change depending on the season or daily operations, it is advisable to confirm them at reception during your stay.

Are drinks included in the booking?
As a general rule, drinks are not included in Half Board and Full Board stays. As an exception, in rates where this applies, house wine and water for guests over 60 are included. If the hotel offers another arrangement including drinks, the exact conditions will be shown in the booking details.

RH Corona del Mar has rooms with showers and others with bathtubs. You can indicate your preference when booking or mention it at reception, although availability cannot be guaranteed in every case. The hotel will nevertheless try to meet your request whenever possible.

How does the birthday promotional code work?
The birthday code is sent by newsletter on the day of your birthday to registered customers who have enabled promotional communications. It is valid for 7 days and can be used for new bookings with stays taking place within the following 12 months. It can only be used once, applies to one room, excludes additional services, and cannot be combined with other offers or the RH customer discount.

How can I reserve a parking space?
Parking can be booked during the reservation process on hotelesrh.com by entering your vehicle registration number. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before arrival. After that, a €20 cancellation fee applies. Vehicles must be collected before 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

Can electric scooters be brought in or charged at the hotel?
No. Electric scooters are not allowed inside the hotel, nor may they be charged or parked within the property. Their charging or parking is also not permitted in the outdoor areas.

The Low Emission Zone (ZBE) is an area regulated by Benidorm City Council to control access, circulation and parking in order to improve air quality. RH Corona del Mar is located inside this zone, so the hotel must arrange specific permits for guests arriving by car. If a vehicle enters without authorisation, municipal control cameras may generate a fine. A restricted access area is a part of Benidorm where traffic is limited and only authorised vehicles may enter. In the case of RH Corona del Mar, guests may access it to drop off or collect luggage. At check-in, they must provide their vehicle registration number, which the hotel staff enters into the municipal platform in order to request the necessary permit.
